1. Show Your Face
Camera on.
Presence is non-negotiable. If you hide, you stay uninitiated.
Be seen. Be felt.
2. Mics Muted Unless You’re Speaking
Silence is respect.
No background noise. No distractions.
When you speak, you speak clean.
3. One Man Speaks at a Time
No interruptions. No fixing. No hijacking.
This is a circle, not a competition.
4. Speak From the “I”
No preaching. No philosophy dumps.
Share your lived experience, not what men should do.
5. Ask Before Giving Feedback
Default mode is listening.
If you feel the urge to advise, ask first:
“Do you want reflection, challenge, or just to be witnessed?”
6. Radical Confidentiality
What’s shared here stays here.
No stories leave the circle.
Betray this, and you betray the Brotherhood.
7. Vulnerability Is Strength
Posturing dies here.
Masks burn here.
If you stay armored, you stay stuck.
8. Take Responsibility
No victim stories without ownership.
No blame. No excuses.
Power comes from truth, not justification.
9. Respect Time & Space
Keep shares intentional.
Let other men have the floor.
This is collective fire, not a monologue.
10. Come Ready
Arrive on time.
Arrive sober.
Arrive grounded.
This space is sacred.
